EWU is great. I love the campus. Trees and squirrels everywhere. Its all wide and open. It can get incredibly busy though. Like the period of time between classes, everyone is racing to get to their next lesson. Busy!
Nothing else has changed. I have read a few books/manga since the last time that I posted. For example, I'm up to the 10 volume I believe of D.gray-man and the 5th of Vampire Knight. Speaking of Vampire Knight; saw the anime. Wasn't the best out there, but I appreciated it. I hear that the next season is coming out soon. And speaking of next seasons!!! I hear that there will be a 2nd season of Full Metal Alchemist!! *fan girl squee* Yes indeedy. It shall be glorious.
Watched quite a few new series of anime during the summer. Full Metal Panic (all the seasons), Soul Eater (which is my new obsession), Vampire Knight, Zero No Tsukaima (all the seasons), Macross Frontier, Code Geass R2, Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann, and I re-watched Yu Yu Hakusho. It was quite the summer...lol. I really enjoyed them all, especially Soul Eater and Full Metal Panic. Which reminds me: I need to buy the 2nd set of Yu Yu Hakusho DVDs and some Soul Eater manga.
I was looking into joining the Anime Club here at school, but I'm a little shy. Lol believe it or not. I wish I knew someone in the club or someone that would go with me. It sounds like fun, and I would love to go to a convention some time. *le sigh*

I picked up a copy of The Gargoyle. I'm not quite sure what I think of it. It was an entertaining read, I could hardly put it down after I started it. Its just that some things made it so I wouldn't recommend it to family and close friends. Like I understand that loosing his penis in the fire was a huge deal and part of his recovery, but I don't need to hear all the details of his past porno life and what not. Indeed the little story of when he discovered masturbation when he was little was hilarious, but it still makes me hesitate handing the book over to my mother.
I also picked up volumes 8 and 9 of D.Gray-man. Which absolutely rock. Not quite sure what I need to say about them, other than they rock...lol.
ALSO, finished the Twilight series. And I have to ask...wtf? It was fantastic, absolutly great!...for the first 3 books. I just don't understand the last one. If I wanted to read a fanfiction I could of just stayed home on my computer and not payed $14.99. Though a part of me will always love it, being part of such a great series. I just wish it was better thought through, had some action or something...rawr.

I also bought the first season of Yu Yu Hakusho...because I decided it is the shit. I love the anime and I hope that the rest of the season comes out soon! I think that only the first season is out right now...which is a bummer. I dont want to buy the other episode packages they have out there for Yu Yu Hakusho because they cost more. Poo.

Aaah it has been quite the week. Hmmm what has happened since the last time that I have posted? Nothing much I think. Life goes on as normal. Work isn't looking good. Apparently they are cutting back hours for all employees. I was one of the fortunate ones as had at least 10 hours last week...yep, that pays the bills. Its getting easier though each day that I work there. I'm not stressing, or about to have a nervous breakdown before I head in for work. Lol
I have read up to volume 7 of the D.gray-man series. I'm glad that I decided to read the series as well as watch the anime. It is defiantly one of my favorites. Though for volume 6 when Allen and Lenalee encountered the fallen one, it was probably a good thing that I saw the anime first. If I didn't I don't think that I would have any idea what the heck was going on. Just alot of explosions and nothing really about Suman, which was disappointing. I defiantly liked that the anime explored Suman as a character more.
Also I am re-watching Yu Yu Hakusho. I remember watching it as a kid with my brother, when it was on late at night on cartoon network. GREAT idea to re-watch it. I notice some things that they cut out on cartoon network, and it is totally hilarious. Love love love the anime. I'm thinking of buying the DVDs. BAH, but yes, I am totally low on money now-a-days.
I scheduled my college classes last week. I have a full schedule I guess. From about 10am to about 4:30 some days. I'm worried that it will make it hard for me to keep up a job...especially that I am considering quitting at Hastings and have basically told the animal clinic that I am leaving as soon as school starts. Have I just dug myself a financial grave?! Good thing I am *cough* living at home the first year of college and not renting an apartment or I wouldn't know what to do.
Also, *getting personal* feeling left out and excluded from my friends. I haven't heard much from them all summer. I am usually the one to call them up to do something. I guess they are all just busy with their jobs and what not...but still. Give a girl some love! Tis really boring just sitting at home on your time off reading, or what ever. Bleh.

Haven't gotten very far with "The Life of Pi". I have just been to busy to read it. And I don't think my family is planning to do anything for the 4th of July. Soooo I think a couple of friends and I are going to camp out in front of an amusement park for a few days and just go crazy. Should be fun!

I saw The Love Guru and Get Smart yesterday. Get Smart was oh so funny! I heard that the reviews were bad, but everyone I've talked to thought it was hilarious. As for The Love Guru, it was ok, considering the fact I got in free. *Snuggles my theatre hookups*. It was a bunch of stupid humor, like Austin Powers. BUT there was one thing my friends and I found amazing. In the movie the love guru described some of his tattoos including one of Daffy Duck pushing a lawn mower through his pubes. This is AAAmaizing because my friend Eric had gotten a tattoo like that about a half of a year earlier of a pirate pushing a lawn mower though his pubs. Coincidence?!
I've started reading The Life of Pi. I have only gotten a few chapters in so far, but its interesting. I'm getting somewhat desperate for new reading material, not really knowing what to turn to next to read. I guess I'm just waiting for the 4th Twilight book to come out! I have also FINALLY received my 3rd D.gray-man novel. I have been waiting for about a month! Geez, never ordering from that place again. I guess I can just buy from my work, considering I get a discount. But....eh....I don't like the people there. I really love the D.gray-man series. I really discovered the anime first, and just started reading the manga. Usually I don't read the manga and watch the anime of a series; it just feels redundant. But I don't know. I love this series enough I guess that I will do both.
Speaking of work. They had me come in for only 2 hours today! Waste of time. All I did was some training on the computer. Nothing with the cash register or anything. How am I supposed to do it all by myself next week if I have only done it once about a week ago?! Stress! Last time I kept dropping the change while handing it to the customers because my hands where shaking. Ugh. I got to man up and have some confidence. Confidence!

Yes yes, got completely distracted again. I never seem to be able to stay with something like this for more than a few weeks. Any ways, a looot has changed 'round here.
I finally graduated! It wasn't like it was a long shot but hey, its the completion of 12 years of schooling right? Its strange because I don't feel like I've accomplished all that much, or as if I feel empowered or something from finally graduating. Yes I'm going off to college and I'm an adult, but its not like its anything I'm excited about.
I'm working two part-time jobs right now. One at an animal clinic and the other at a store called Hastings. Just started at Hastings actually. Its just my second job and I really haven't had any customer service training so it was horribly intimidating just being thrown out at the cash register to fend for myself! Ah! And I hardly know how to run the thing. The people there are so boring, they are unenthusiastic and look like they need a power nap. Is it too much to ask for a few coworkers who don't act like the living dead?
Also had my wisdom teeth ripped out. I did NOTHING but sit on the couch drugged up on pain killers for 4 days while my face healed. Couldn't eat anything either! Lol still can't. Teeth are too sore!A few books that I have read. I really like a few of Christopher Moore's books. Well I have only read like two of them: A Dirty Job and You Suck, but they are really funny and hard to put down. I really enjoyed A Dirty Job, and I love how Moore inter wines his characters in these books. Confused me when I first saw it, but now I love it. I have been wanting to read more of the classics, so I've read 1984, The Invisible Man, Hamlet, A Midsummer Night's Dream, and I want to start The Hunchback of Notre Dame, but I never seem to get around to it. Also on the "to read pile" is The Life of Pi. I haven't heard of anyone I know who has read it, so I have no idea if it is good. Lol and I have also read the Twilight series for the second time this weekend while sitting on the couch recovering from getting my wisdom teeth removed. Its funny because I have gotten my brother to start reading the series. I don't know of any boys who read it. I really am short on books to read, and have no idea what I want to read next. Frustrating!

But I'm lazy! *sob*
Tonight my friend's band is playing at some battle of the bands. Freakishly excited! Hopefully they will win (though I am a little worried because their singer keeps forgetting the lyrics...)
