The workout was as follows (the workout I actually did in italics):

"Threesome" (har har)

WOD #1 - For time, 3 rounds of 10 Thrusters M95 W65, 10 Squat Thrust Box Jumps (Ha. Box jumps. Yeah right. I did box jump step-ups and used 35lbs for the thrusters.)

Rest four minutes

WOD #2 - 1200 meter run (around the block) for time (Check. I even passed some guy that headed out before me.)

Rest four minutes

WOD #3 - 21/15/9 of SDHP M95 W65, Push ups for time (Used 45lbs. I need to make a conscious effort to start using heavier weights. I'm strong enough to use heavier but I'm not too sure about my strength endurance. Did knee push-ups instead.)

Checked out an MMA gym yesterday and hope to check out a Krav Maga program today. I'd also like to go to Ashtanga Yoga tomorrow.

My goals for this week:

Go to Ashtanga Yoga tomorrow and on Thursday.
Eat more fruits and vegetables.
Survive.

To get your percentage of loss, divide the pounds lost by your starting weight then multiply by 100. For example, if your starting weight for November was 150, and you lost 2lbs this week, you divide 2/150 (= 0.0133) then multiply by 100, so 1.33%
